According to multiple internet sources, Nguyen has been sending twitters to Merriman and to a Mechanical dummy whose twitter account is registered to “breezy” who appears to be Chris Brown, a.k.a Chris Breezy. Below is a sample of the tweet sent by Nguyen.
”Actually @MechanicalDummy & @shawnemerriman should ass rape each other. They are both little pussy bitches. I would B ashamed 2 b e their mom.”I am no fan of Chris Brown, but he has nothing to do with this situation. Tila is acting like a woman scorned, instead of an injured woman. Somebody take her phone! It’s time to move on.
No charges to be filed against Merriman

Tila Tequila is upset with the San Diego’s District attorneys office claiming Shawn Merriman is a San Diego Charger thus that is more important then what was done to her on September 6.
Tila was out and about showing her bruises to her arm that Merriman allegedly caused to the media. Bruises are Bruises, but if someone choked you, wouldn’t there be bruises around her neck?
The NY post is reporting that Tequila found Merriman in the bed with two other chicks. He asked her to join them and she became upset. If this is true and I was Merriman, I would assume Tequila would loved to join in based on photos taken of them earlier that evening at a San Diego club.
Tila’s plea sounds more like a scorned woman, then a victim of domestic abuse.

Also Monday, the owner of a downtown club where Merriman and Tequila attended a party Saturday night said his staff told him Tequila had been drinking and it appeared Merriman had ordered only bottled water.
“I feel sorry for the guy and I think the truth needs to be told,” said James Brennan, who owns Stingaree, one of the city’s top hangouts for celebrities.
Brennan said he normally wouldn’t comment, but felt he should after seeing Tequila’s tweet in which she said she’s allergic to alcohol.
“It sounds like she’s allergic to the truth,” Brennan told The Associated Press.
Brennan said he was not at the club Saturday night, but had spoken with every employee who dealt with Tequila and Merriman. Brennan said he was told she had shots of tequila and drank from a bottle of vodka. Brennan said Tequila requested that his brother, Shane, a manager at Stingaree, have a shot of tequila with her.
“She wasn’t like falling down or anything of that nature, but she was visibly intoxicated,” Brennan said.
In a tweet Sunday, Tequila said: “I am allergic to alcohol. It has been publicly known for years. That is how I got the name Tila “Tequila” cuz the irony. I cant drink.”
Tila’s attorney Alan Gutman, is also talking about the incident and released a statement to TMZ.
Shawne Merriman and his advisors have decided that the best defense is a good offense, attacking Tila Tequila in the press with a lot of calculated spin to cover up his illegal and indefensible actions.
Fortunately, we as a society will not tolerate a 6’4″, 270 pound all-pro NFL linebacker physically assaulting a young lady who is 4’11″ and 93 pounds. It is never justifiable to brutally assault, choke, strike and imprison a woman.
Once the truth is fully revealed, Mr. Merriman’s fantastic story of how he was trying to keep Ms. Tequila safe will be completely discredited.
No one, especially a woman, should ever have to endure what Mr. Merriman did to Tila Tequila

I wonder if Gutman was aware of Tequila’s tweets and the bar owners statement prior to releasing his statement to TMZ? There is no reports to date that charges have been placed against Merriman.

Hmmmm. Tweets appear to have disappeared from Tila Tequila’s post. Tequila had posted that she was not inebriated when the alleged incident took place, because she is allergic to Alcohol and that is how the name “Tequila” was given to her by friends.
Mediatakeout.com has posted the tweet with her claiming the alleged allergy and a older tweet from days before, where Tequila states she was in San Diego for the game and was drunk.
Now all of these comments are missing from her post. Go figure.

Tila Tequila is Twittering that tomorrow she will be able to speak. Why she could not speak about the incident today or Sunday is unknown to me. She also Tweets that Steriod abuse can lead to aggression.

Shawne Merriman has been arrested for choking and restraining Tila Tequila.
According to the Seattlepi.com,
San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman was reportedly arrested early Sunday morning for allegedly chokingand restraining his girlfriend.
The San Diego Union-Tribune reported Merriman’s girlfriend, Tila Tequila — the star of a former reality show on MTV, whose real name is Tila Nguyen — signed a citizen’s arrest complaint that charged the linebacker with battery and false imprisonment.
The paper also reported deputies went to Merriman’s home just before 4:00 a.m. in response to a disturbance call. Tequila reportedly told them she was choked, thrown to the ground and restrained by Merriman upon attempting to leave.
Merriman was reportedly released just after 11:00 a.m.
Per TMZ, Merriman’s attorney states that Tila Tequila (Tila Nguyen) was intoxicated and attempted to leave Merriman’s home. Merriman tried to stop her so she would not endanger herself.
Not to blow this off, because the allegations are serious. Was Tequila his girlfriend or his jump off?
